At Artico Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
